Where does it say some part is Gift Card? I thought all of it was off directly on the new phone itself. For example 849 - 800 + tax

1) Get a flip 3 for about $200- $300 locally from FB or Ebay/Amazon (tricky because the sale price may go away any day if you are waiting on the phone to ship)
2) Trade the device in at a best buy instore and add a new line

For a S22U 128GB it would mean 749 - 800 = minus $49 not sure if they will put it on a GC
For a S22U 256Gb it would mean 849 - 800 = 49+tax

Either way if you are comfortable with the new line you will get the S22U for about $250-$400 total (factoring in the trade in device cost).. decent deal.

P.S These phones are hard to flip locally.. I am only getting offers at about $600.. how are y'all doing?
i find it harder for phones priced more than $500. so the basic S22 or the Pixel 7 are ok.

Did this a week back.Traded in my note 20 ultra for a s22 ultra 128gb.Total came out $50 plus taxes on $849.My old phone had visible scratches on screen but they didnt bother.

it is $800 unless you check "broken" which is 0.
no screen damage ,good condition is $120 device/$680 trade in promo. fair is $90/$710.
