So, like I said I did 2 week trial period with device registered to my home address. Worked fine at home and than worked fine 3 hours away at parents home which is in another state too. Granted this was only for about 1 week at both locations.
Also, my in-laws signed up for this internet last year. They were not able to use their home address, so they used my address to be able to get the device. They also live about 3 hours from me (the registered address) in another state and they have been using it that way for the entire time without any issues.
So maybe, T-Mobile tightens the use eventually, but that does not at all seem to be the case currently, at least not in my real experience.
If true, we will know tomorrow when it is supposed to go live.
