Great price but most of the reviews state it isnt consistant speeds and has frequent drops.

I wonder if this is portable as long as you have an oulet for power?
I had this from its inception, originally it wasn't too bad-as time went on the signal got worse and buffered like nuts, 3 TV's a pc and phone. I finally gave up after 7 months and terrible to non-existent customer service. The price is definitely tempting, btw, their newer modem was worst than their first, I had a pc fan underneath to cool it down, no difference.
If true it's a no brainer. I have the service. You can expect 100mbs-300mbs. Down time nonexistent.

I am an existing SC customer with existing voice lines and TMHI.I called customer service they say I need to have Magenta Max. Is there a way I can get this offer?

When I try to just purchase online, it quotes me $50, no $25 promo to be found.

I've tried live chat several times. The first person literally "hung up" on our chat when I said I wanted this promo. The second person told me

"that $25 promotion is false and not from T-Mobile unfortunately." and when I challenged this they said, "So that is a incorrect promotion, we only offer home internet for $50 monthly or $20 off if you have 2 or more lines on the Magenta Max plan as well. We also have a offer for $10 off monthy for new customers."

I am a tmobile voice customer of about 5 years, post paid, one phone line. I specifically mentioned promo 2022 HINT P22.

How are other people getting this to work? Any magic phrasing tips??

I spent 1.5 hours in the phone with a rep who approved the plan but could not get my registered credit card to work. Why they needed my cc info is unknown and bizarre. I got pretty pissed at the end. A supervisor called me back , apologized and gave me an instant $50 credit ( in addition to the $25/mo rate, and $100 promo verification. BTW, I have been on magenta 55+ for years.

Honest question, has anyone been able to sign up for the T-Mobile Home Internet service even though your billing address is listed as unavailable?

I kept asking the guy why I had to keep giving him my cc . I told him others did it on chat and did not have to put up with this foolishness. I must have had to read back a temp pin at least. 6 times. They knew I was mad, that's why a supervisor returned my call.

It is a surprise for me, last year I had T-mobile home internet for few months, but I have to end up cancelling, when I called them now, they say I don't have service available at my home. Does any one had this issue?
I had the same issue with rep, used their website to place order and it worked.

Doesn't that basically mean that you got their home internet plan for $45/mo? If you have a use for that talk & text only plan, it may be good, but otherwise, I don't know how good of a deal that is.
I'm paying Cox $160/month for 300/30 with unlimited data. I'm done playing the retention/cancellation game. If TMUS service is good, I'll eventually upgrade the voice plan and port over.

Is the address on your account the same as the billing address of the credit card? Very likely he was using the address on the account, if the billing address of the credit card was different it would not got through. They did ask for a Credit Card for me too, the rep told me it was part of the validation process to make sure the account holder was the person making the order. It is also because some of the shipping options are not free. In my case they didn't make any charges to the credit card.

The cc address matched the ship to address. The supervisor said there was an issue on T-mobiles part, hence the reparations.

I have Sprint, I tried calling in to Tmo and got transferred to Sprint and back. They said the only way to get this (especially without migrating to Tmo billing) is to go into the store. They don't have access to each other's systems with normal customer service. I will head out now to see
