Make sure you are signing up for Home Internet Unlimited and NOT Home Internet Lite. Home Internet Lite does not get the promo.
From CNET article: "Those interested in T-Mobile Home Internet can enter their address at the carrier's website to see if it is available in your area. If you have multiple lines on your account, such as a family plan where not everyone still lives together, the carrier confirms to CNET that you could activate multiple T-Mobile Home Internet lines at the discounted $25 promo rate, so long as the addresses are eligible for the Home Internet service."

After earlier telling CNET that multiple lines on an account could sign up for the offer -- such as a family plan where not everyone still lives together -- the carrier said on Wednesday that the deal will be limited to one Home Internet line per account.

Tried to order online, it still says $50 after $5 autopay. Why it is not showing $25?
#############################################################################################################################
Per T-mobile Customer service it will not show the $25 dollar nor the promo if you order online but as long as you order during the promotion period it will automatically get added to your account. User dishguy confirmed that indeed it worked, I included his post below for reference . Alternatively you can call, chat, go to a store, or reach out to T-Force on Twitter or Facebook to get them to place the order for you.
Good luck.

For existing customers, chatGPT provided an alternative solution:

Not sure why this was removed but - FYI -
For those that care;
The modem/router that comes with home internet service has
a built-in GPS receiver and antenna, and sends your GPS location back to T-Mo at regular intervals and presumably they can request it anytime.

I wonder if this is portable as long as you have an oulet for power?

What are the benefits to connect existing router in AP mode to T-Mobile router?
I am thinking if we keep existing router in router mode only and just connect it to t-mobile Arcadian router for internet, will it be most seamless way to go?
Unlimited, they just throttle you after you use the reasonable amount - makes sense

1. Yes this is an awesome deal and I'm mad that I've had it for some time and I'll have to keep paying more than this as a long time customer.
2. Is it perfect, no. It's cheaper but it isn't going to be (on average for most people) better than fiber from the cable company but it's cheaper. The reliability is better than Starlink.
3. If you have coverage this is likely your best option in a rural area. It's better and cheaper than AT&T, Cricket, etc. with non-throttled cellular plans.
4. This is cellular so coverage will vary.
5. Tmobile customer service is crap. Sure it's better than say Cricket and worse than the local cable provider but it's offshore like call centers with power-less local store folks. You are basically out in the cold if the local tower goes down unless they fix it in good time. Again it is likely the best option in rural areas that have no fiber.
6. If your area is densely populated and a bunch of people get this service on your tower it will be MUCH slower than other options in my experience. Think busy cell tower.
7. It "might" work for some as a mobile solution like in RV's but it's designed for a single location. Tmobile doesn't want you to move it around and will likely give you grief over that at some point. The equipment is also big like big coffee can size so it isn't a hot spot.
8. Placement in your house matters, a lot. If you have this and the coverage is good at your location then you need to move it around the house to find the best spot.
9. Download speeds are stated as 33-182 mbs but it depends on your location and how many people are on that tower. I tested this as I write this at 6am on a weekday and I'm in a really rural fringe area and it gave me 155 download and 36 upload which I'd say is about the peak performance but we have very few people on our tower.
10. You might be able to sign-up through urlhasbeenblocked (instead of the affiliate links above) and get $25 or 2500 Amex points on this. YMMV
5. Customer service is excellent if you use T-Force. The offshore service is like anything else these days. However, the guy who helped me via online chat was offshore and had zero issues signing me up for the deal a few hours after this offer started. I figured since it was the first day, I might have to use T-Force.
6. They are limiting the users in an area by address to hopefully prevent this
9. It depends on your tower. If you are getting long range 5G, yeah speeds will be lower. I am on a 5G UC tower seeing 200-400mbps depending on time of day. It never seems to go below 200.
1. With Orbi in router mode, does T-Mobile router assign the IP address (192.168.12.x) or Orbi assigns IP address (192.168.1.x) to the connected devices? In router mode also I think I was seeing all devices on T-Mobile router app as well!
2. My Samsung TV was not connecting to internet when Orbi was in router mode and that is why I switched to AP mode and it then connected fine. Do you think that was because of double NAT thing in router mode?
I'm guessing we gotta wait for next billing cycle?
not worth it.
