Hmm, I only see free 16gb ram not 32gb on the site...

It's 16gb, the 32 GB was a glitch in their system that they decided to honor at the start of the deal.

I would imagine any B650 motherboard would be good. I would choose based on the amount of I/O ports you might need.
However if you aren't in a hurry to buy right now, AM5 early adopter tax should drop off early next year and DDR5 is already starting to slowly decrease in price. The DDR5 6000 CL30 kit I got on-sale for $225 just a month ago is now down to $210.
