look at 3 attachments from when i did this deal a few months back.
in bay area , ca
when i had only 1 line.===>total was 16.44
when i had 5 lines===> total was 21.75
in middle when i added 2 lines on 8/24 and 2 lines on 8/26.
the bill as crazyhigh.
and this was after getting a 60 courtesy credit !!

I have done this deal 3 times now and acquired gift cards worth about 3k now. You let go all the lines by porting to tello, then get new numbers from google voice when this deal comes back.
