I was a huge proponent of this service at one time. The coverage is excellent and the price is low. However, their customer service is so poor that I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone. I spent at least 8 hours on the phone with them when I tried to simply move a line to another account. Instead of transferring, they disconnected the line and I lost access to it. You have been warned.

Xfinity customer support is bad, I have not received the multi product discount. Not yet received the $100 gift card. Have been following up for last two months multiple calls.

I saw the same issue so I called Xfinity Mobile customer service and had them place my order. They text you a link to review and confirm the order before they can submit. That page showed $200 prepaid card attached to my order. So I guess the only thing I may have lost is the $5 cashback from SlickDeals!

No. I got two cards - one with $1,000 and the other one had $400. If you peel the activation sticker off, it will show the card amount.

Turned out that 4 of the phones didn't qualify as they were used for last year's byod deal. Guess they don't allow keep bringing the same phones to them and getting promotion. But at the time of order after entering the IMEI, the confirmation page clearly said $200 for each device. Bummer!

Did you use the same set of phones all 3 times? Seems they only allow each imei to be paid out once.

I'm trying to activate my debit card, there is a step to provide a mobile number and they'll text you a verification code. I'm not getting any verification code, and I've tried two different mobile numbers. I did this once for my parents' debit card and I don't remember having any problems with this step. Anyone else having problems getting a verification code over text?

Had that problem the other day -- call the 877 number on back and activate over phone instead then register online (I had existing login from previous card so I added card to same login)

Have never encountered this step. I call the 800 number and type in the gc number and code in the back and they activate the card. No further account verification needed.

Had the same problem this time around. I called the number to get it activated. Then I registered online where it seemed like the problem happened again...except they sent the verification code via email instead of text.

Problem with this is you can transfer it but to get a new number and again port out u need to buy their plan

Sound like we can no longer port into H2O without purchasing a plan. Does anyone know if we port from Xfinity to H2O without purchasing a plan?
