For my work (data analyst), multicore processor is important, and the difference between 11th and 12th gen is huge!
There was a brief time I had two LG Grams (11th and 12th gen), both 17 inch. For a normal task (word processing, remote meeting, etc.), they were about the same.
Personally, I would return/sell 11th gen laptop and get the 12th gen.

Everyone in here pixel peeping, 1920x1200 on a 14" is pretty darn good, I remember not long ago I had a 24" monitor that had same resolution and I thought that was pretty amazing, nowadays people want QHD on phones for some reason sheesh

Is the 15.6 inch model physically smaller than typical 15.6 inch laptops because of the focus on slim bezels and light weight?
I'm trying to decide between the 14 and the 15.6 inch. Why is 16:10 better than 16:9?
16:10 gives you more vertical space visible at once then a 16:9. This is helpful on browsing websites and spreadsheets as you have to scroll less to see more. It's not a large difference but still very helpful depending on what you're using it for.
I got the 16" 2-in-1 with the i7 processor and 16 GB RAM on eBay a couple months back for $750 with an accepted offer. Being sold as "open box" but aside from the generic box it looked brand new. I checked the SSD and battery, both had just hours of usage on them so this was legit open box. Still some available but no idea if they'll still take the lower offer.

This one is 16:10. And more portable.
None touch killed this deal for me.
