You said my speakers are fairly easy to drive. How's it possible? I mean the AV can give only 75w per channel and 280FA main channel needs 150w and ATMOS I believe 125w. That's what I'm not able to understand.
The speakers may not need 150w all the time and will work with Denon, but what if I crank it up that's when it may get into the problem? It may not be a must and I know exactly how my sound wanted to be but it just only when needed my AV may not give what I want.
Even you pointed out two of the many other factors to consider(power needed & how loud).
Only way to find out is listen to what you have.
My current Denon receiver uses Audessey and it leaves much to be desired. TYIA

I'd get the rz50 for the Dirac processing.
Why? I literally just asked about Dirac Live potentially being a deal breaker. Are there any alternatives or options to add later or is this truly worth the hype of being THE 2022-23 killer feature?
I would suggest checking to see if your Denon is capable of utilizing Audyssey's Editor app.
It adds some main benefits that Dirac offers and it's a lower learning curve to boot.

I have Klipsch RP RF-82 ii series with the matching center, surrounds and atmos. I don't feel like I'm missing any features as I rarely use anything. It's mainly for home theatre movies and regular TV.
It sounds amazing but I figured it could be "blow my pants away" better if I upgraded to a more powerful receiver. Also I'm a bit worried since I'm running 9 speakers on a 7 channel amp lol
something one can put into words and you have to experience for yourself

The Yammy is a GREAT receiver and I would buy it all day if I needed a receiver right now but the onkyo may be the way to go for some as it's much more budget friendly, you can buy it right now for $1325 shipped, no tax for most and free shipping from authorized dealer. There is a post on it on slickdeals. The guys name is Jeff and an authorized high end AV dealer (I picked up my rz-50 from them 6 months ago prior to Onkyo's 2X price increase for $1075) I have so far found the Rz-50 to be capable and the Dirac has been fantastic with my weird shaped Family room, it really got it right but there is a learning curve using dirac if never used prior, nothing crazy, but need to know how to use it.

I agree that Audyssey leaves something to be desired and the fact you have a challenging room make me think you will be happier with DIRAC
Harder learning curve initially but the results are much more satisfying in my opinion
IMO the full suite of DIRAC should be standard in the Marantz pre-pro at a $7000 MSRP as well as the top Denon AVR at a $6499.00 MSRP

IMO it mostly comes down to which sound you prefer.
Having heard both(not in my setup), the 50 was replacing a Denon.
I prefer the Denon and would skip Dirac which will run around $300-$350.
The Audyssey app gives you the main features from Dirac, no way it's worth that price IMO.
As you pointed sub management is already there with Denon.
