these are not made anymore, i think discontinued at of last year... they got replaced by new models, which they claim are different and maybe they are (I havent heard them) but logic telling me, they are likely very similar, just new model and price....

I got it for this price last year. Solid headphone. Been very happy with them. Got a portable DAC and balanced cable and this thing really came to life.

Do you need anything special to drive these? I've been thinking about an audio upgrade for my Pimax VR headset, I'm wondering if the onboard aux outputs would be wasted on these headphones.
