Even adding a SSD in the open slot requires a complete system teardown and motherboard removal or any kind of simple maintenance like repasting or WiFi and the ram is soldered and the GPU is only 110w.
The keyboard is oddly small and the trackpad is small. The fans are also very loud and it gets quite hot to the touch on the keyboard and bottom.
The average user should not even open the laptop, they will not be able to put it back together how it was.
There's plenty of oddness going on with this one.

The only review on Costco is unfortunately negative because the person didn't like the keyboard.

Also was the gamestop $1000 deal for a gigabyte laptop with a 3070 over 2 months ago now. I use that as a bench mark for everything now, lol.

This is upgradable from Ram to SSDs. Look at Mathew Moniz's preview of this laptop on YouTube
