Man i really want to order this since it's a decent price, but I got both the 9 and then the 10 and both were returned because both have absolutely terrible connectivity issues. Couldn't use the app and it was a complete nightmare. Tried with 4 different devices and it was the same on all. I've heard the newest ones still have these issues too, it's a shame because the cameras are great, but they're such a huge headache because of this and you lose 90% of the usability.

I ordered one on black Friday, it got stolen while being shipped. I tried to put a claim in through UPS, but UPS said that liability was waived. What? Not sure how that can happen...then I called gopro and asked if they waived liability by not getting insurance. They just said, sorry,nothing we can do and refused to answer any more questions. So my last effort is to try a charge back....hopefully it works because the city police have no incentive to try and catch the person.

Also, the subscription and the product are two different charges.
