Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

Per chat team, you need to be a customer for over 12 months
That might be one criterion. However, I've been a customer for 10+ years and I'm not eligible.

They are very busy. I have been waiting for 45 minutes on Twitter chat for a response. Hope to get in on this deal soon.

I'm not eligible for the "Get A New FREE Line" on SCFUTT6 plan (12 years with T-Mobile). I do qualify for adding a line (+$10/month) and get a second line free.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank michaelgn

Adding a free line requires $35+tax non-waivable fee.

On Magenta Max here, 3 free lines. Just added another free line using this promotion.
Went through chat with Tmobiel app chat, fast and easy.
Good luck.

BTW, I saw this promo on Reddit, ppl seem to have problems qualifying this promo with older plans. Magenta and Max plans are more likely to have this promo.

Is there any rule about not having canceled a line recently? I'm trying to figure out the best way to remove paid lines and replace them with free ones, slowly of course. Big Grin
