Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

Ok line opened, SIM is on the way. I do see the promo here: $30 2022 Line On Us P2 (Additional Lines). But not sure if it's the get 3 lines get 1 free, or if this is the current promo.
That is a different promo from earlier this year the BOGO deal (or third line free). The free line in this discussion has a promo code of "2022 BYOD LINE P1"

Try going into your account, select BILL & PAY and scroll down to MY PROMOTIONS, select it and then SERVICE PROMOTIONS . It should show under that line the 2022 BYOD LINE P1 promotion if applied.

same boat, I'm in SC plan. are you?

I try to connect with Tforce but not going thru
Yup, I think Tforce might be backed up 12+ hours so we just have to wait. If they won't fix it I'm going to have to cancel.

I added the promo yesterday morning over messaging, got the confirmation text this morning that i qualify for the promo and see the promo on my account when i login.
Activated and provided my own SIM and IMEI and the promo showed up right away under my account's promotion page (https://www.t-mobile.com/account/promotions). I canceled a line ~5OCT.

Can anyone tell me how long it takes for the promo to show on your promotions tab? I got order confirmation of a Sim being shipped out but no promo showing on my account.

Not sure if agent did it right.
Did it at midnight last night. Just got notice today at 5 pm.

I just started a chat on T-Mobile website requesting for the free line as I'm on Magenta Max with 2 lines and was immediately approved. Gave the rep my Fold4 phone's esim IMEI and they added the line right away. Was charged one time $35. Thanks for sharing this.

Hmmm, I thought you can't cancel a line going back 90 days. Someone said a year but I still believe it's 90 days. I do know you can't cancel another line on your account going forward at least a year or else the free line is no longer free

Do I need to call rep to check if I already qualify 2022 BYOD Line P1? Or can I just log in to my account to see if it shows up?

Business Account eligible ? One plan?
Can confirm my business magenta account was eligible. Had to contact business customer care. No mandatory 30 dollar fee either. I didn't ask for a waiver either. Ymmv on that fee though.

To everyone who has gotten this promo after chatting with a rep, I need your help.

I'm on the MM 55+ plan
I'm chatting with a rep on iMessage and he says if i switch to the regular Magenta plan then I'll be eligible for the free line promo.

Has anyone encountered this situation yet?

Edit: to add to my earlier question, can I switch from MM 55+ to regular Magenta and take the free lineoffered by this rep. Then after the promo is added to the account switch back to MM 55+?
Is there anything in the promo terms that negates the offer if you switch to a different plan?
He is trying to get you the BOGO Magenta Max line promo, that is a different promo to this one.

For this one there is nothing they can do to add it, T-mobile is randomly tagging accounts with #HolidayUnwrapped free line promo, if he doesn't see that on your account then you don't have it. The only case where switching to a different plan will get you this promo is if your account got tagged with #HolidayUnwrapped but your plan is maxed on the number of lines it can have. In that case they might be able to move you to a different plan that has a greater limit of number of lines allowed.
