Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

I went through app chat because I feel that paying them is binding them to the contract (free line) that they put in writing (chat) I would get. I feel that having the written chat giving and giving them a concession (money) binds them (more so than an automated system) to the terms (free line). Smilie

Yeah, it said that for me. Blind faith promo would attach after.
Do you see the 2022 BYOD line P1 at account page? I only see it at my promotion page, at the account page it shows all discounts I have except BYOD line P1, it may takes few days to show up. But it could be glitch showing this promo at my promotion page.

Stick those sims into older phones and load the TMobile Tuesday app. It really pays dividends when you get free Dunkin gift cards
Can each phone redeem the Tuesday app or just one per account? I thought it was one per account.

Each phone as each is a line. Just like in any family. Each line has their own Tuesday app. Some benefits are one per account but those are very few

Huge bummer that you need to already have 2 or more lines already.

Doesn't matter if you've been a customer since Voicestream. You get nothing.

TMO will automatically assign a new number based on your billing address.
Is it possible to get that number replaced later with a port-in? On a free line?
I'm likely going to get a number that I can easily remember from NumberBarn if the # can be replaced.

Is there a way to check via the web?

I am on the standard Megenta (not Plus or MAX) for 19 months with 2 paid lines and was able to add our 1st free line, via calling 611. Rep did not ask for IMEI and ordered a new sim to be sent out. She also waived the $35 DCC fee simply by asking (she had to get her supervisor to authorize the waiver, though).

I checked my account online and only saw the order for the sim, but nothing on the new line yet. Hopefully it will show up the next day or so.
This promo finally shows up on my account, with an assigned number and $0.00/month fee. Now just waiting for the sim to get here.

If I add this promo, then decide to switch to a Magneta plan, would I still be able to keep this free line while getting an additional free line from the 2 lines get 1 free promo currently?

I'm on SC (6 lines, $120) and also got dinged with a +$15 6GB/mo data plan. Anyone else face this problem?
