Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

I'm on the "2 Lines One Plan All In Promo" with hookup discount. 2 paid lines and one watch line currently. Was told I wasn't eligible via app chat and t force on twitter. Based on comments here and Reddit I tried my luck and added a line via esim. So far no text about the free line and no promotion listed on the app. It's been about an hour now and I used the new line to make a call, send a text and do some web browsing. Fingers crossed but I have a feeling it won't work for me. I'll update if anything changes.
Did it prompt you saying that it would amount change in plan to Magenta and come to $140 per month?
I have the same plan and it showed that I lose kickback etc

Tmobile One with 7 voice and 1 home internet line. Chatted with Tforce and was told I was not eligible. Been reading Reddit comments and It seems people had luck getting the promo by adding it themselves online. I figured what the heck so I just tried it with esim on my s22ultra. Happy to say the promotion showed up immediately in my account once the esim was activated. I also didnt have to pay any activations fees either.
Thanks for your comment. I too was told I was not eligible but I added the line myself online via the app and connected the new line to my iPhone esim slot. Immediately saw the promo show up on my account and I got the text saying "congrats!"

Did you got the promo on your account after adding it? What plan do you have?

No prompt to change plan. $0 charge now and then $40 for the additional line was all it showed. Account still shows I have the "2 Lines One Plan All In Promo" with 3 phone lines now. Cost went from $80 to $112 as of now.

This is great. The method of activating a new eSIM line and waiting for the promo worked. I activated the new eSIM line on my iPhone, which already has my personal and business T-Mobile lines on it. The eSIM activated, and I used it to send a text and watch a couple videos. About 15 minutes after placing the order, I got the text message, and the promo shows on my account.

Very happy about this, because I was livid at T-Mobile for how poorly they handled this promo. I really can make use of this additional line for someone in my family who needs a new line. After a couple weeks when their Mint plan runs out, hopefully I can easily move the eSIM line.
What plan?

Email might be in spam. The text goes to your primary line, at least mine did. My bill went up then back to normal after two days.
Thank you. Nothing in the spam, and no congrats text to the main line or the new line. No promo code under the plan details or under service discount and promo . Not worried , I have 14 days to cancel . If no go, This post will soon turn to a how do I cancel a line instead of how do I get one lol.

Just do it online. You'll get it.

I have simple choice, 14 years. I did it online myself and got it. Took at least 30 hours for me since I ordered physical sim. $0 cost. Only thing is the unlimited data didn't attach to the free line but from other posts after talking to T-Mobile, they can match the data from other lines. I was told I need to want until next billing cycle. Good luck.
Did you get confirmation from T-Mobile before doing it online? Or did you get denied and tried your luck. I'm on simple choice too and was told no by T-Force, no by 611, and in-store even showed me my account didn't have the memo and showed me one that had it.

Only seen one post on reddit of someone on simple choice that also got denied but went ahead and did the esim method but hasn't after 6 hours or so gotten the promo to show up.

Kind of on the fence to try my luck, but don't want to miss out on future promos if I have to cancel this line.

Do you have 2 paid and 1 free already on this plan? I've never been able to add the third free line unless I missed a promo somewhere in the past.

I activated my new line using physical sim that was shipped on my iPhone. Is there a way I can convert this to esim?

Thanks.

Was told by app chat I'm not enrolled. Added esim line just now and see the promo code added to promotions section of my account. Oddly, have not received congrats text.
