Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

Yes, it showed $20 to add a line and I didn't add any promo code. It just asked for my credit card even though the cost was $0 since the fee is waived online. Once I added the line using iphone esim I got the line showing on my account along with the promo code showing up within 5 min on my account. [/QUOTE]

When I do this, I see the $20 however it wants to put me on magenta. At the bottom of that page it shows things getting removed and shows my one plan. Can you confirm it didn't switch your plan or were you already on magenta?

2 Line $100 Tmobile one plan not qualified adding a free line every year.

I tried to take take advantage of current promotion 2022 BYOD Line P1. This year again I was told I am not qualified. Should I give up on this Tmobile ONE plan and switch to Magenta?
My plan is to add iPad (tablet line) first. Then my bill will be $120 for 3 lines. And I switch my plan to Magenta to see If I can take advantage of promotion 2022 BYOD line P1 adding 4th line for free.
Any suggestions? Please help Smilie

Have been told by app chat and force (twice) I was not eligible. Read though others was able to add line themselves and got the promo automatically. Place order on the 17th just after midnight for a physical sim via web. Just got a congrats text this morning stating will receive promo and I see the promo in my account.

This is for T-mobile One plan with 2 paid and 1 free line. SOC FRLTULFM2

One question. They assigned a number to the new sim but I don't really like it. I know you can pay $10 to change a number but being this was just assigned would they change it without a charge.

How long did to take some of you for the discount to show accordingly on your account? I got the line added via chat yesterday and about 24 hours later, I got a text saying "congrats, you will receive you promotional service discount from tmobile as long as you maintain eligibility".

The new number does show on my account but I don't see any specific discount code displayed anywhere as some have mentioned? Maybe I'm not looking in the right place.

They are shipping the Sim to me, I haven't received notification of shipping yet.

does anyone have similar situation like mine?
12 voice lines and tforce said not eligible since its maxed out
plan is tmobile one
I've got 8 lines on tmobile one and they say I have to switch to magenta because I'm maxed out. I'm maxed at 8, you're maxed at 12? Do they just say everyone is a max regardless of the number?

The website shows my cost nearly doubling (from 140/mo base plan to 270/mo). Tforce on Twitter says that existing promos would carry over, so the price would be lower... but they haven't told me what that means in dollars and features.

I was only able to see it on the web. Go to account and expand.plan details. That's where I saw the new promo associated to the account.

$120. I was initially on another One plan that was $100 with only 2 line and never got the free line offer due to the SOC not eligible. Finally changed.the SOC but it bumped my cost to $120 during the 2020 free line promo.

I got a different offer: an iPhone 12 for free through bill credits if I started a new line. That offer is about 6 months too early. I planned on giving my daughter an iPhone for her birthday.

Well i think I'm screwed.

Changed soc to 9+ plan on One.

Added the line Friday at 4. New line showed yesterday morning. Sim card shipped later in the day. As of Sunday morning nothing in the app or the web site.

Phone and chat reps say wait 2 to 3 billing cycles which we all know is nonsense ugh.

How long do we have to cancel the line if it doesn't work?

If you are on the one plus promo plan SOC FRLTUL2LP T-mobile has told me that this plan has a hard 3 line limit, and no way around it.

You are lucky you got in the extra 3rd line, because that is about the best deal you can get in the 2-3 line category if you have insider + kickback.
Agreed. It was the best deal if you wanted 3 lines. Great pricing.

The rep put the new line under the $15 6GB data plan. I had another chat with them, and it's now free unlimited 256kbps 🤦🏻 ♀️. I asked about the high speed data, he put me on a ticket for it. Is anyone on the same boat?

Edit: the line is now on 3GB 4G data plan, even though my account plan is Simple Choice 4GB. Apparently that's all they could do. Any insights?
I think I'm in same boat. I've got the old sc 4gb 4 for 100 plan, and each extra line is $10. I added the free line last night using app and it would only add the line with extra $15/month 6gb addon. Now looks like the $10 portion is free but not the $15 addon. I plan to call in later today to see what they can do. Ideally they'll remove the $15 addon and give me some other free data package (like I have in my other free lines).
