Does this works if I am grandfathered from sprint ?

edit:

"the offer will require the customer be on a Magenta biller (not Sprint) and have 2 or more (paid) lines. For reference, "Magenta Biller"

No go for Tmobile ONE 9-12 lines (for me)

Still check with a few agents if you have time to spare. My exact plan might not be the reason why I'm not eligible.

UPDATE: T-Mobile App Chat said I was eligible and added a line for me. The BYOD promotion shows up on the Plan Details and Service Promos pages. Two other promotions of mine no longer show up but Tforce confirmed they are still active.

Seems most people who are told are not eligible, are able to add the line and see the promotion. We shall see if they stick.

I switched to Magenta Max as I already had eight lines, and they would not let me add a 9th without switching.

I had two different t-force agents guarantee me that the price would not change.

But today my overall price went from $163 a month to $308 a month.

😭
Regular Magenta plan can get up to 12 lines. No need to go Max unless you have both insider and some free lines.

I tried friday, saturday, Sunday to get the 9th line on magenta Plus.

Finally on monday, this is what I was told

"My supervisor got back to me regarding the request I sent for the rate plan change to go from the current Magenta Plus plan to the 9+ lines version of the same Magenta Plus plan, and she was unable to make that change, as we determined it would require an even higher tier of leadership to be able to make that change. We are trying to work on that now, but I did want to give you the heads up that Magenta MAX would be the same cost to you if you wanted to go that route instead, which I can get set up for you right away if you're interested in going that route. 😊 ^NatalieKelm"

The discount on the new line doesn't even show up, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that maybe the discounts will be added.

I just don't think that's very likely.

This promotion is still on. Called T-Mobile last night and was able to add the additional line for free.
Wouldn't count on it until you see the promo reflected in your account.

But it certainly gives you more of a leg to stand on than talking with an overseas agent on the telephone.

Things actually can get done when it's taken to the office of the President of T-Mobile.

I have found the Tforce guys to be more arrogant, and like the other person said, those things in writing mean nothing. And those Tforce idiots will reply to you and then disappear for hours and then it will be a new idiot and so on. So frustrating dealing with them..

I wish I knew to take the Twitter conversations to the president of T-Mobile. (Wouldn't know how) they just say ya. The other agent was mistaken, it's just not possible to give you a BOGO even tho 4 agents said it will apply and stick in 1-2 months. They were mistaken. You were really not eligible and tough cookies. Go pound sand.

Anyone else who placed the physical SIM order online (self service or with rep) and then had the SIM shipped and line added on the 20th?
The promotion is still not showing on the account.

Mine was via UPS Innovations delivery initially, then UPS turned the package over to local USPS for final delivery.

Yeah ordered the 19th, had the line showed up yesterday and got the sim today but no promo shows up on the account yet.
