FI always throws out some curve balls to keep us worried, even after the trade-in had been processed and credited.

Also something to note is that my tracking number doesn't show my trade in device as delivered either despite getting the received email confirmation Last known status:

I bought this device for my in laws. But I added my account on the device for the activation. Can I remove my account from the device without invalidating the promo? I am hoping esim will not get deactivated by removing my account (and adding his account) on the phone.
