This is part of their one day offer of 30% off already low Costco Next price. I missed out on these steak knives last time but glad they're available again.
I got the 3-piece TN1 with TAI block ($130 at Amazon
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072KG5Y7S) for the same price a few weeks ago. The knives came and I instantly want to replace all my knives with the TN1 series.
They are high quality knives with an awesome design. The all-steel hollow handles are polished and will never crack. They look and feel amazing in hand.

That said, I've seen this brand before at Costco and they were alright. I'm going to chance these as guest steak knives as I only have nice steak knives for my wife and I at home right now.
Hopefully they keep an edge well and can be honed/sharpened easily.
Review of the steel here: https://blog.hdmdknives
According to the Cangshan site, edge retention on Sandvik 14c28n is 5 times better than German steel.
"Handcrafted, full-tang blades are forged from fine-grained Swedish SandvikĀ® 14C28N steel, which holds an edge up to five times longer than German steel.
Each blade goes through our proprietary ULTRA6 heat treatment, ensuring strength and function.
Blades are hand sharpened to a 16-degree angle per side.
HRC 59 +/- 2 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale."
Not sure about Amazon reviews but the set I got last week was amazing. I got the chef and paring knife set with the TAI block and the sharpness is even better than my L1 steak knives. The smooth-edge L1's cut steak better than my serrated WMF steak knives.
I believe 14c28n is ranked the same as VG10, which is my favorite knife steel. No need to get any fancier.
Here's a guide to knife steel: https://www.bladehq.com/blog/knife-steel-guide/
I have an M390 knife but can't tell the difference vs VG10. Then again, I'm not a knife pro so there's that.

I gave my TAI block set to my uncle as it fits him better.
I should've gotten that A series block set too. Oh wells...too many good knives.
