You cannot "Call" a store to make an appointment. All local store numbers get redirected to their off shore customer support. You must add installation when you're adding this to cart. Then it'll give you the option for making an appointment. Sometimes the installation option does not pop up on mobile devices. If so, try using a desktop browser.

How does the "installation included" work? Can't drive you car into Best Buy. It's at our mall so I've no idea how this works.

You have to find a BB in your area that does installs. Not all BB does them. Use this link to find stores in your area that does them

Not true. I called my BB and talked to the AUTOTECH and got my appointment. It was actually a different store than where I bought it.
