iPhone 13 at $700 with $150 GC and AirPods Pro 2 seems to be a better deal.

Also, $15 off only works if you bring your own device.

Data speeds are so terrible, that I went back to mint mobile.
Really tried to stick with Visible but their 4g and 5g is truly horrible

When you log in to your account, do you still see the promos for GC and Airpods? If not, you might of messed up for choosing to get a new number? Port in was required I believe?

I am not sure where I would see the promos, it does not show in the order.
If I choose to transfer my number, it was taking my account number and port pin and saying it will port once order is completed.

Are you entering the port details (account number, pin and zipcode) before even going to the payment page?

I think this issue is specific to iPhone 13. If I choose iPhone 14, it keeps all promos and gives temporary number.

Maybe I should cancel my order and place new one with iPhone 14.

Put in all the port information into your order. Make sure the promos are all in the check out page. When you get the phone, just don't turn it on and start activation till you are ready. Your old service will not cutover till you turn on the phone and start activation. Definitely do not check out without port information put in and the promos missing.

Weird thing is if I try with a different phone, it says get a temporary number and does not ask for port information. (I tried it on another new account I created, but with iPhone 13, it makes me enter everything and says we will port once the order is submitted).

It's weird. I was able to add a new number and got three promotions, $15 each month, $200 gift card and AirPods Pro 2，I do see the three promotions on my order. I got my phone today, activated it, and have a new phone number. I can see the $15 each month works in my account. I just port in my att number to it and my current number is my att number and the new number just gone. I will check if I can get $200 and AirPods after three months. It it doesn't work, I will argue with they and even use my credit card dispute to help me because I can see the promotions in my order details.

Bought the iPhone and created a new account in the process. On the "promotional offers" section after I placed the order, there is a BYOD BYOD there without further detail. The gift card and AirPods are there as well but I didn't try to get the 15OFF12 coupon so why is BYOD there as well. Weird

I followed the instructions here

I activated the phone and new number first. Then at visible app, I can see a port in link just below my new number. I clicked the link and followed the instructions.
