The table top is not very sturdy, it is about 1/2inch thick, I realized my other table tops were 1inch thick.
The other issue is the table top is two pieces instead of one, This is somewhat no so nice . Other stuff is built with good quality.
Over all it is a decent table if you are not too particular.

That said, the metal frame is easily fitted with your own piece of wood if one wanted to make it a decent writing surface.
I don't raise it all the way to stand lol but I do raise and lower a bit based on what I'm doing
