Thanks. Been watching the Bulk box price for awhile and it fluctuates widely. This is way cheaper than a bulk 500 box.

True Lime is also the same price

Bought it one of the last times it went on sale, haven't used it yet.

ALMOST threw it into some guac because I didn't have lime juice but the place we went to had a couple so I didn't have to.

Maybe some day... at least it doesn't really go bad!

They can go bad over time. Moisture gets into it and turns the powder hard and clumpy. From what I've heard it's a 50/50 from people on whether or not it's still good to use/eat. Most crystalized powders that once it gets wet or clumpy it's no longer viable for consumption. So I suggest keeping them in an air tight container or a reusable vacuum sealed bag if you have a vacuum sealer or a mason jar attachment for a vacuum sealer. I use food saver gallon resealable vacuum sealed bags with a couple of those moisture control packets.

Also they do have an expiration date on the box.

Doesn't go bad. The clumping easily resolved, just add water to make the juice. All pure crystallized lemon. Can't get any purer.

I have 500 cases from years ago, as fresh as the day bought. Good indefinitely.

Their customer service is excellent. had some empty packets and they quickly sent a couple of these small boxes to replace.

Lime has deal for extra 5% off 4. Applied twice at $0.98 each when I tested it.

Honest question - I've bought these in the past and love them, but what sets them apart from just buying a $2 bottle of lime juice and pouring that in your water (the main purpose for which I'm buying these)? I guess for ordering water at restaurants and such. Anything else?
