Back in 2013 i bought a 27" 4K monitor. With 20/20 vision at the time I still had to scale it to 150% to make it useable.
32" and higher would be my recommendation for a 4K monitor.
True but i did use 24" 4k monitor at 100% it just took a little bit of getting used to. Now I have 55" 4k lol but my vision is still intact.
My recommendation is at this price range definitely go for the 42 inch C2 Oled with 120hz. They also sell for around 550 locally if you are willing to do save more money.
But it understand some people want to stick with ips, i was one of them until i switched to oled, even for office work it suits me better. It's just gorgeous to look at things with it lol.
I picked one of these up last time there was a deal on one. I'm glad I didn't wait longer to jump into 4K because this thing is just beautiful. The level of detail from insane pixel density is awesome.
