Right now my setup is mostly the sony CORE speakers:
1x Sony CORE Center channel
4x SonyCORE floorstanding
2x Sony CORE bookshelf
4x Sony CORE Atmos
3x Klipsch subs
Unfortunately, the center channel is probably the weakest of the line (along with the sub). Would a Klipsch sound out of place with them?

Klipsch likely is the complete opposite as far as warm/bright goes. Although I have read that the RPs at least tame that brightness a bit.

I used to have the Cores. I'd say they are in the 'lean bright' category. Not Klipsch bright, but a bit leaning towards brightness.
They might blend okay with Klipsch RPs, especially if your receiver can help. But I can't really say for certain ... somewhat of a risk... but at least they likely are in the same ballpark as sound goes. But it won't be a perfect match.
