Product Name: | Klipsch RP-440C Reference Premiere Center Channel Speaker With Quad 4" Cerametallic Cone Woofers - Each (Cherry) |
Product Description: | Pros: Those of you who have or have had a home theater will probably agree with me that the most important speaker in the set is the center channel speaker. Most TV shows and movies send a significant amount of their audio out of that speaker. Having said that, I upgraded mine to the Klipsch RP-440C speaker and have been very pleased with the quality of the sound. Cons: Some of you may not like the light wood color or the speaker color (mostly hidden by the grill), but I think it looks fine. Overall Review: I think this is definitely a good product for the price. I hope you agree. I did not receive any payment or credit for this review (but Klipsch can kick in a few bucks if they would like!). |

Cuz Newegg sucks
Ordered from them, one of the floor base of the speakers all scratched up but the speakers themselves were perfect. Contacted them about the issue, asked if I could just get the base replaced and they said they don't send replacements so I had to contact klipsh which thankfully they did send me a replacement. So I know why alot of people don't like buying from them.
Right now my setup is mostly the sony CORE speakers:
1x Sony CORE Center channel
4x SonyCORE floorstanding
2x Sony CORE bookshelf
4x Sony CORE Atmos
3x Klipsch subs
Unfortunately, the center channel is probably the weakest of the line (along with the sub). Would a Klipsch sound out of place with them?

I feel like most people including myself would classify those as laid back and warm, In fact that are known for that mellow kind of sound signature. Lacking the upper end sparkle a speaker like that would have. If you have tone controls turn the treble up a few clicks and you'll get and idea of how these sound.
