I wouldn't wait for cheaper batteries honestly. The $40 2 pack 4aH probably won't be back until November probably. $52 for a 2 pack is pretty good actually

Original Ryobi batteries? Those prices would be unheard of if so. I don't have experience with off brand, but I personally stick to reputable brands for their quality control for electronics

Looks like a single temperature setting.
I guess you could use the glue gun for attaching a backing material, but I usually use something more permanent.
