300W is pure fantasy, but still with a real output over 50W at this price point, it's still a bargain. Performance numbers are really respectable...

You don't want the complicated version of this. The signal to noise ratio typically takes a dive when you incorporate more components on the board.

This clean simple board provides the highest quality amplification possible.

For all non-exotic speakers. This is more than enough power to blow your face off.

Runs slightly past 4 watts at normal volume.

55w max.

With a 4 ohm load, overload protection kicks in at 77w, and shuts the amp off.

Anyone have a recommendation for a (similarly priced) DAC to pair with this?

I'm a n00b, please excuse my ignorance. I recently put together a system with Denon X3700H and various Kef speakers. Would it be worth adding something like this as a preamp to front Kef 350s? I think it might be pointless but I have no idea and am vaguely curious about preamps and such.
This is not a preamp. This is a power amp. I think you are confused. If you are trying to add extra power, you can use your Denon's pre-out to Aiyima's input and have your 2 speakers played. This way it will use power from Aiyima instead of Denon. But not sure why would you do that as X3700H is decently powerful.

I currently have my record player going to an antique receiver that has a built in preamp for record players and then that outputs to my main TV receiver which goes to a 2.1 setup. This won't replace my antique preamp right? I have been considering replacing that preamp because it's kinda finicky...

I have a x3600h , and I am thinking you can use these amps to get the extra 2 channel via pre outs making it full 11 channel. I have a Sony STR Dh190 in a similar setup
That's not how it works. Preamps will override the channels you are using. You can't convert your 9 channel amp into a 11 channel amp.

This is a crazy deal on a well-reviewed chi-fi amp. I bought and will eventually modify it with better Op Amps, such as Sparkos Labs SS3602 (you need 2, so that would be another $180). Power supply is upgradeable, and I'm sure there are tons of other mods out there relating to heat dissipation, etc.

Don't bother with the Aiyima for the Denon unless you want to use it for a desktop setup

Been powering my jbl 530s desktop setup with this and umc404hd dac for the past 1-2 years, great little amp. Powers on fast, clean sound, no hissing.

Yes, I saw that. Hence why I said "it's for speakers only"

how would anybody compare this to a similar Pyle brand, of roughly same equivalent 'features'. I may be looking at things worlds apart.. but lets say model: Pyle PDA20BT (from amzn). It's another class D, looks roughly similar. There are also similar rated output models as low as around $30 (class T). My camper has indoor outdoor speakers on zones from the factory head unit inside. it's a bit cumbersome to use the outdoor speakers and have any amount of control over them from outside, and, I have opposing slides in the living space/kitchen, so my outdoor speakers are way forward of where they'd be usable! I had half a mind to put a little amp similar to this in the cabinet of the outdoor kitchen, and a couple of outdoor polk speakers, or something similar back there. not sure if i'd bracket mount them within the kitchen, mount below to the frame rail, leave them unmounted with enough wire to place there were desired... etc. but anyway, wonder if anybody has input
I've never used a pyle product which didn't amaze me with how bad the audio quality was. From car amps to desktop amps, they are consistently the worst products I have ever used or heard. I would pick any random no-name brand over pyle.

X3600h/3700h is a 11 channel amp with 9 channel amplified but with all 11 preouts , so yes it does work. When running audyssey it shows all 11 channels as available.

honestly, if you also need a DAC, you should consider this all in one:

I have it and it is the best bang for the buck I have found. So good I bought another one.

Ok anyone had luck with the 2-way 3.5 mm jack? I need something with 2 inputs, had my eye on this for a while but want to make sure it'll handle laptop in plus Chromecast in.

This looks really similar to SMSL SA50 50WX2 TDA7492 Class T Amp Integrated Tripath Stereo Amplifier Black https://a.co/d/8AQ6QFE. Anyone know if these are the same?

This amp tested extremely well for its price point in putting out clean power, audiosciencereview tested it. At this price I'm in for one. However in both azon reviews and in forums I've seen a several people saying it died on them and took out their speakers. Distorted clipping signals can do that, I'd be wary of connecting a cheap amp like this to any speakers of value for that reason but nice for a cheap setup of you are willing to take that risk.
