It looks like this is a v1.0 box. Based on comments in previous slickdeal threads, there were issues with the plastic breaking (maybe by the latches?), though you should be able to get them fixed under warranty. There's a v2.0 box out now, but it's more expensive:

Good boxes but it has weak areas that will break. I'm not rough with mine and haven't broken yet. But I have received about 3 boxes in the past that were broken in shipping.

Same here, that's why I order 5 to hopefully keep 3 that aren't broken in shipping.

The extra large box is also on sale for $56.06, although the percentage off they are showing isn't real from what it normally goes for, but you're still saving about 10 bucks.

I have ordered several of these from amazon and they just put them in a box with no padding, they always come with broken plastic right out of the box.

Starting to feel like 2019 again! I bought a bunch of these when they were on sale back in 2019 for crazy low prices. I had one that had chip when I got it. It was minor, on a rib on the bottom, purely cosmetic so I didn't bother exchanging it. The other 20 or so (I honestly would have to go out and count them, it was a lot) I bought of various sizes had no issues when I got them.

They have held up fine. Don't slam them around or drop heavy stuff in them and they will hold up. My biggest gripe is the latch system to latch the boxes together kind of sucks. It's one of the things they fixed in the 2.0 line. They can be hard to disengage by hand sometimes.

Assuming these arrive undamaged, they should be better than the soft cases I have all my cordless tools in at the moment.

Does anyone use these, or something similar, with foam inserts that can recommend something that will fit?
