You honestly believe climate change doesn't have a billion dollar marketing budget?

You're either ignorant or didn't think that statement through.

I've watched this series before and whatever else he's done that's ended up on streaming services. Definitely highly recommend his stuff. If you've never watched something he narrates, he's funny. Entertaining funny with a warm Gramps with the BEST STORIES kinda voice. The cinematography is also amazing.

Yes, because the right isn't affected by climate change. The floods, storms, hurricanes, heat waves, and droughts are very picky about a person's political affiliation.
I certainly do believe that mankind (or people-kind if you prefer or are a Justin Trudeau fan) is affecting the climate, but it's also true that for almost a century now, alarmists have been making apocalyptic predictions about the state of the world due to climate change. Two things can be true at once.

IIRC climate change was observed over a century ago ago, but it's only been half that since scientists began warning of its irreversible effects in the coming decades.

People want to observe the immediate effects of climate change to be able to comprehend its urgency, but that's not how it works. It's a slow strangle. One year it's 3 days of a heat wave, the next 5, and after 6 or 7 days. Now imagine where we reached the point of 30 days of a heat wave, how would that not be apocalyptic? Pain is a lot more tolerable in increments than if it was instant.

True. It just so happens that human adaptation happens in increments as well.

Yours too eh? Mine is obsessed! I always see in our search history the next day after I go to bed all of these documentaries she is looking for. I think she like the ocean and cave ones the most. Lots of searches like that.

Does this one devolve into climate change proselytizing like some of the others?

Is this one just Animal on Animal violence with pretty earth shots in between and global warming alarmism or is there something new in this?

The only complain I have is that they should stop making every episode related to global warming and human cause . I get it, we caused many of the problem, but could they make some episodes where I can just enjoy the wonder of nature instead it reflect back to man made global warming.
Yes, being reminded that we are constantly destroying the wonder of nature is annoying when watching the wonder of nature... Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Unlike oil companies, science doesn't have a billion dollar marketing team. These serve as that, to a degree.
