I logged in just to comment on this post. This is definitely NOT my experience with these nuts. A few nuts are empty shells but the nut part is deeper in the bag. I think this is just a really inaccurate assessment of this company's products and I simply wanted to refute it.

That is not my experience. A few empty shells are found but also found some shelled ones so it pretty much equal out. I buy a lot of these from Costco.

Same brand. My local Costo also has the Wonderful brand pistachios 3lb bag at 13.99 after 4 dollar off. They also has the Salt & Pepper flavor.

BTW the Kirkland Signature brand pistachios also made by Wonderful Smilie

You can refute all you want. I have been buying these for 7 years.. and stopped buying shelled versions 2 years ago due to 15-20% being empty. That and due to the sheer weight of the shells, you are paying for compost. All good you do you. It's your $ Applause
