It's relatively likely they will send a single box of 10, and it's fairly likely that the description is incorrect and it actually SHOULD be a single box of 10. This happens pretty often with Amazon.

That having been said, it's very clearly described as 4x10=40 so as long as you don't mind having to deal with customer service, it's probably still a great deal.

Yea, it's happened to me before. They make an error, we buy, but they refund once you get the item, so it's just a free single item(s) since they can't take grocery products back (wouldn't be worth the cost for them to take it back even if they did). The listed package weight checks out though….so I'm guessing this might actually be accurate, otherwise I wouldn't bother because I don't like making a habit of receiving no-return refunds. I've found the package weight to be a fairly accurate indicator of if it's an error or not.

Happened recently with Atkins shakes. Amazon has just gotten too big for its own good and usually nobody who knows what needs to be fixed actually has the authority to fix it or the ability to engage the team that can. The funniest one I've seen so far is the Wyler's blueberry lemonade singles. Amazon has been shipping peach instead *for a year* despite numerous customers complaining frequently, getting refunds, and leaving bad reviews.

Totally agree. They used to require screenshots in cases like that. The recent lot of Tuna Helper deal for example: I made sure to take a screenshot that I was buying a case of 10. What was delivered? One single box. I only had to chat with a bot for less than a minute to get my full refund, no request for proof.
