In my humble opinion. Might as well get a cable that will transfer data fast and also power. Try searching for USC-C 3.2 gen 2 100W

Second point is the one you've linked looks like a its one of those squarish / rectangle block chargers. The design of this makes it difficult depending on how heavy it is. Meaning, if your plug isn't really snug, it easily pops off and falls out of the socket. Not really a balanced weight / design.
I think it's one of those things that Apple makes a killing as it is and has no incentive to make changes like what you're referring to
