You wouldn't be the first to say that they had a problem with shipping. They have so many NoEgg threads here, that some things are just expected. Spin the wheel of delivery fortune if you like to live dangerously, or enjoy a robust customer service chat, and a charge back to your credit card.. It is all so much fun for some folks who simply like the discourse. I prefer a no issue purchase, and NoEgg return and delivery issues are legendary. I stopped shopping there since 2015 or so because of unresolved issues. I have determined the script that CS reads from is tilted away from helping solve issues. Many issues also arise from the 3rd party sellers. NoEgg does nothing like Amazon or Ebay to protect the customers or their brand. Collecting the money is the only performance metric. I know that I will take a hit on my observations and experience since they pay to advertise here but it is important to hear both sides before you choose to buy.
