Bruh you can cut vinyl with a butter knife. I think you'll be ok.

That's kinda why I'm asking lol. Don't know if it's overkill and won't be a smooth cut
This has a lot of features for 185 bucks. Maybe overkill, but for 185 it's cheaper than some single use hand saws. Also will give super clean cuts. I would go to the store and ask about the blade that will work for you.
