Are you sure? A few people in this thread said it's the 6100. I'm not doubting they may be incorrect but is there a page that confirms the costco model # and it's equivalent?

Dammit. It is the 4500. I thought it read 6100 but checked again. It's the 4500 at costco.
I was responding to someone's quote, guys. They mentioned 6100.
In any case, just go to Costco's website. It's the HX6829/30. I actually ended up buying them cuz I needed a replacement. We'll see how it is. If it vibrates like a jackhammer, it's going back.

Mine came with one toothbrush handle, one brush head, one charger and one cap as indicated in the box.
