Do you need to go to the Post office to mail the trade in phone? I placed mine in my mailbox and my mailman left it in my mailbox two days in a row.

Did you raise the flag on your mailbox to indicate that you have outgoing mail? If not, and you had no incoming mail, the mailman won't stop at your mailbox.

I'd rather schedule a pickup if you cant make it to the post office. No way I'm just leaving a phone in the mailbox..

Yes, the SIM is inside. Samsung installed the SIM for Fi before sealing the box.

Interesting... My package shipped from RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA via FedEx and now it's in HENDERSON, CO... and I live in CA... Seems like it's taking a trip around the US.

for those who are transferring from hello mobile, be aware that the customer service phone call to unblock number transferring might take more than 30 mins to get to a human. just be prepared. no issues once connected though.

I bought a sonicare toothbrush from Phillips. The warehouse is like 0.5 mile away from my house. Fedex picked up the package, drove 2 hours to their local facility, then delivered the next day.

Does starting a return affect the 120 days promo? I wanted start it since tomorrow is the last day, but won't get to ship it for a few days.

Just asking in case I change my mind lol.

Not clear from your post if you already got the phone but want to return it, or it hasn't been shipped to you yet. Either way, returning/cancelling will definitely cancel your promo. If you are also doing a trade-in and already shipped the trade-in, that will make it more complicated.

If you're returning the phone what difference does the promo make?

I got the phone already. I was kind of undecided on keeping it or not, but I would like to start the return process before the 15 day window closes tomorrow. I won't be able to ship it out safely till like Friday.

I was basically wondering if the promotion stops counting down once you initiate the return. I'm asking this in case between initiating the return and Friday, I change my mind and decide to keep it and just let it continue counting down.

You should contact Fi and ask them. Here's info about returning a Fi phone : https://support.google.com/fi/ans...3893?hl=en . I don't know what will happen to your service, promo if you don't ship the phone back after they've issued you the RMA and return label.
