So while you can think about it as getting your tax back from the original purchase, regardless you are saving the tax on one of them, unlike any other store with rebates.
But you pay sales tax on the initial amount, which you wouldn't have in the first place if it were a direct discount on the item. So that makes the sales tax on the amount a wash (if you end up using the rebate). Not a extra gain
Same here. Never had an issue using as partial rebate.

Impossible to find straight lumber and if by some lick do its probly got a big chunk missing somewhere.
After Sleepy Joe inflation the past two years I am forced to live in a shied right now.
The Lumber industry spent a year off and during that time home building prices went up due to the lumber shortage for over reacting to covid, Then the over spending on covid gave us higher interest rates. That was all predictable and a part of the plan. It had to all be on purpose because if it was not it was because of incompetence. Either way America was not becoming great again or ever again all by design.
I would like to build a shed or a chicken coup but 13 inches of snow on the ground does has not motivate me yet.
My hunch is there will be a price correction going through the industry. It wont be pre-covid prices but with in 15% I would expect, or hope.. Plywood was simply out of hand..
At least your interior walls.
Right there after he finishes cashing those Hunter B checks for that Xi balloon he popped to look big.
Done a real good job of taking his time as that hot air balloon went from Alaska to the Carolina's looking in on every she shed owners windows to makes sure that we are still buying all that made in China stuff.
All is good in the world though as that chicken coop out back is printing Benjies with these there egg prices so I replaced my golden goose with platinum hens to get a big screen for next Sunday's game with them proceeds.
Sadly, I think i need 2x4x10 ft for basement though. The height to basement joist is about 8 ft and 10 inches from ground.
