Hi, I know you're new so it's ok but in general it's frowned upon to call or email about things like that because it alerts stores and staff and increases the likelihood of cancellation. Because of how much this deal blew up it doesn't really matter as they certainly know but just wanted to drop a friendly note about it.

I called in and was told there would be a 3 minute wait. Naturally it was much longer, closer to 20 minutes.

Based on how late I called, I expected to get a rep that was already familiar with this price match. The guy I got didn't seem to be aware of the Tiger Direct prices. I don't know if that affected their willingness/ability to price match, but he price matched it without question. I was going for the purple 5th gen iPad Air though.

Chat time was 45 mins. And it got disconnected immediately. Called in and hold time was 10-15 mins. My call went to India call center. I asked if you can price match on iPad and she was aware of the TD deal and she asked me sku # for BB. Gave her two 64 gb & 256 gb #. And sent me a payment link in less 30 seconds. I paid immediately and thanked her for being so proactive and nice.

I waited on the 800 number for about 20 minutes and the guy just put the deal through less than 5 minutes ago but when I called my local Best buy they told me I had to come in to do the deal and it still had to be active while I was in the store. I would definitely try to call the 800 number and just wait it out
