Hi, I know you're new so it's ok but in general it's frowned upon to call or email about things like that because it alerts stores and staff and increases the likelihood of cancellation. Because of how much this deal blew up it doesn't really matter as they certainly know but just wanted to drop a friendly note about it.

I ordered 2 iPad Airs $391.99 each through bb - did payment through link from customer service rep. Showing charge on my card but no email confirmation yet or history in my bb account so we'll see

stay on the phone guys!! i was able to get two a pink a purple. the pink was out of stock on the 256 had to settle for 64 gigs.

how are people even getting thru on chat? i have tried at least 10 times and every time the wait is like 100+ minutes and it gets cut off after a few mins...

Tried to price match via BB, placed an order and money was charged, but 5 minutes later received an e-mail that it was cancelled.
Representative told me that they cancelled every price matched order from TigerDirect
Not a lucky day today
