Hi, I know you're new so it's ok but in general it's frowned upon to call or email about things like that because it alerts stores and staff and increases the likelihood of cancellation. Because of how much this deal blew up it doesn't really matter as they certainly know but just wanted to drop a friendly note about it.

We are receiving lot of price match requests and we are checking and honoring which are eligible but as I can see that this one is not eligible for the price match as it was from the third party warehouse.

I can understand your concern but as it is directly from the Tiger direct, we can't honor the price match.

I was told by the supervisor rep that the directions came for higher up that it's from a 3rd party warehouse that clearly isn't true as mentioned in the details. It doesn't mention that it's from 3rd party warehouse, just warehouse like any other big company would have. Anyway, it is what it is. Good luck with whomever got it done.

Also agents are clearly doing/telling people different things. No one is the authority vs another.
