Hi, I know you're new so it's ok but in general it's frowned upon to call or email about things like that because it alerts stores and staff and increases the likelihood of cancellation. Because of how much this deal blew up it doesn't really matter as they certainly know but just wanted to drop a friendly note about it.

This what they offered me before all hell broke loose and their phone lines blew up. I hate chat receipts of the guy confirming how much I would be refunded within 48 hours, so it was not immediate.

I warned about this in the thread earlier because the same has happened to me via BB chat price match. Calling in and paying the matched price is the only way to do PMs and not have them do shady stuff like this.

Puchased yesterday at 11am from bestbuy

They created label and ups showd delivery date as 2/9 but now the current status is shipment delayed , not picked up by ups yet.

May be BB trying to stop all shipments?

This has happened to me before for a different item and I filed a BBB complaint since they were trying weasel out. Pricematch was verified at the time of my request, not whenever they feel like verifying. Obviously the item will be out of stock at the competitor since it's a GREAT price.

They must think the consumer is an idiot.

That's unfortunate. I was told I would get the refunded difference within 24 hours and it took about 45 minutes.
