Hi, I know you're new so it's ok but in general it's frowned upon to call or email about things like that because it alerts stores and staff and increases the likelihood of cancellation. Because of how much this deal blew up it doesn't really matter as they certainly know but just wanted to drop a friendly note about it.

It seems to depend on the price matching method (I used phone and received an invoice up front to pay the matched price instead of being refunded on the back-end) and perhaps when you ordered, though the latter is speculation on my part. See image attached.

Why does ship to store take so much longer than regular shipping? The only reason I asked for store pickup was because my local store had some in stock, but they did ship to store instead... Not arriving until Sunday. Starting to get worried it will be canceled before then. I should have ordered regular shipping... oh well.

Just wanted to share that I'm patiently waiting for tgs decision. While I am sure that they will cancel, my hope is that maybe honor the price mistakes for some of their items. That way some people get a lucky surprise (esp those of us who didn't get lucky with best buy).

No. If you ordered with full price and they promised to price match once the order goes thru, your screwed. I picked my order after they confirmed thru chat I will get price matching difference in a day. I picked up the order at full price and next day they sent email saying they can't honor the price match due to their party seller stuff PM stuff. So returning the item

in the same situation. said i'd like to pick up from store if it was available but they just did that without telling me it's not available until 2/16

I think they only get big shipments once a twice a week. They put it all on one truck. They don't send individual customer items one at a time. They put it all in one big truck for their in store stock and individual customer orders

Gm from my Best Buy said that once you order and pay Best Buy will not cancel the order . Keep in mind . I purchased in store for home delivery and received a paper receipt . So I guess it could be different for online orders . I highly doubt they will take back your order . They are shipping out orders non stop and they had the ability to cancel all of these and didn't
