Some interesting facts.
I noticed Pizza Hut and Jet's pizza are coded as Merchant = Restaurants while Domino's is Fast Food.
In that case, if I want a pizza and the $5 rebate, I should order from Jet's or Pizza Hut but not Domino's

I had the offer on all 3 of my cards, I used 2 and was going to use the third today but I checked, and the offer has disappeared. I've been using credit card offers for more years than I can count and have never had anything like this happen.

I only had this offer on one card. Used that card last weekend at Jimmy John's, not expecting it to work. Yesterday I got the email about the redemption and today the $5 credit shows on my card.

I made the purchase 2/11 and got the email from Chase early yesterday Congrats You have successfully redeemed... just hours after they disappeared it from the Chase Offers page. I got the -$5 in my transaction history today. So as long as you got the email from Chase, even if the offer is gone, you should get the credit.

I used 3 different cards to purchase from same restaurant, received redemption email for only one card, offer disappeared for other two cards. It showing up under expired offers with expiration date of dec-2022. Very odd.

I think this might be a glitch with the mobile app. If you log into your account online through the browser, I'm still able to see the offer. What's interesting is on the mobile apps, if you scroll down on the main page to offers and it shows a total amount available. But when you actually open the offers it's missing oneā€¦ So for whatever reason it looks like it's not displaying on the mobile app. There was a similar report of this issue a year ago as well.
