Says "Offer not valid on third-party delivery services"
Some interesting facts.
I noticed Pizza Hut and Jet's pizza are coded as Merchant = Restaurants while Domino's is Fast Food.
In that case, if I want a pizza and the $5 rebate, I should order from Jet's or Pizza Hut but not Domino's
These are the others I have from my previous statements that are Merchant = Fast Food
Arby's
Chipotle
McDonald's
Wendy's
Firehouse Subs
Subway
Jimmy John's
Panda Express
Jersey Mike's
Shake Shack
McAlister Deli
Boston Market
Burger King
Panera Bread
Krispy Kreme
Popeyes
This offer was available under my debit card and Amazon prime card

My premier checking and checking accounts both have this offer. Any clue how to go about redeeming the offer? Credit card is straight forward, but this I'm confused about. Thanks and reps.

Thanks and repped. I never even bothered to get a debit card for the premier one. Will use the regular one I guess.
You can always use the chase app to add the debit card to your Apple wallet (or other digital wallet) and use the offer in store that way. I think some other people reported being able to reload gift card balance or order in food apps and got the credit but not sure

Thanks and repped. I don't have the debit card issued for my premier checking account. I have it only for the regular checking account. So basically can't do anything for the premier checking account without debit card, right? I was thinking of linking it to my PayPal and then using PayPal to pay but then using third party to pay would invalidate the offer o guess.

All checking accounts should come with a debit card so you can use at ATMs. If it did not, just get one issued, then go into Chase app, click into the checking account, and there should be a section titled "digital wallets" where it gives you the option to add that debit card to Apple or Google pay instantly even if your card was just issued. I used Apple Pay and got my credit no problem
