Some interesting facts.
I noticed Pizza Hut and Jet's pizza are coded as Merchant = Restaurants while Domino's is Fast Food.
In that case, if I want a pizza and the $5 rebate, I should order from Jet's or Pizza Hut but not Domino's

Used the offer on several credit cards and debit card at the same restaurant. The credit cards received the Chase cash back but the debit card did not.

Has anyone received the CB payout yet on a debit card restaurant purchase?

After the whole disappearance reappearance of the offer I used a second card on an app order from Panda Express a couple days ago using the B1G1 scratch off dealio and got 2 plates for $10.29 and the $5 back offer now shows "redeemed" so, 2 plates for $5.29. 😃 I got two more cards with the offer added but I'm running out of time I think
