Says "Offer not valid on third-party delivery services"
Some interesting facts.
I noticed Pizza Hut and Jet's pizza are coded as Merchant = Restaurants while Domino's is Fast Food.
In that case, if I want a pizza and the $5 rebate, I should order from Jet's or Pizza Hut but not Domino's
These are the others I have from my previous statements that are Merchant = Fast Food
Arby's
Chipotle
McDonald's
Wendy's
Firehouse Subs
Subway
Jimmy John's
Panda Express
Jersey Mike's
Shake Shack
McAlister Deli
Boston Market
Burger King
Panera Bread
Krispy Kreme
Popeyes

Apparently my Chick-fil-a in-store purchase via Samsung Pay did not trigger the offer (the purchase was coded as "Fast-Food". However my online order via Toast for my local pizza place did trigger the offer on one card (the purchase coded as "Restaurant"). My physical card purchase in-person at a Chinese takeout place also triggered the offer (the purchase was coded as "Restaurant").

Coded doesn't matter, "Fast-Food" still a restaurant, all of my cards purchase with Chick-Fil-A coded"Fast-Food" and all cards getting credit.
Check the date of the transaction!
Looks like I lost out because Chase is saying the transaction date is Mar 1, even though I had 2 purchase's of $10 or more that were on 2/28 around 6 PM eastern time.
Must not have worked for me because it was samsung pay?
That's not sure , but someone report Apple Pay work, so Samsung Pay should not have any problem, Chase offer sometime need take up to 14 days to show in redeem and other 7-14 days to credit in account.

It is okay, they gave me the credit for a purchase at a Chinese takeout place that was coded as restaurant.

Yeah, but I made another transaction (3rd Chase Credit Card) on 2/28 around 4:30 pm Chick-Fil-A app reload and it shows redeemed on Mar 3...
These 2 on Mar 1 do not show redeemed as of 3/7 12:30pm.
Made 2 lunch transaction on Feb 28 in an Asian restaurant. Does not show the offer as redeemed. Still shows in expired status. Made another purchase on Feb 27th. That one shows redeemed. Strange.
