I have the black version of this bought for $30 and it doesn't go up to 100W. PD devices requesting 20V/5A results in the charger only outputting about 17V and maxing out at 75-80W.
Weird. When I run it thru a meter, I get ~20 volts and 4.5 amps resulting in about 88-90 max output watts.

USB-A: 5V/2.4A
USB-C
One port: 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 15V/3A, 20V/5A, (PPS) 3.3-21V/5.0A, 100W max
Two port: (dynamic) 65W+30W or 45W+45W
I have never actually gotten the charger to switch to 65w+30w even when I plug in a high power device (e.g. 100w 16 inch MBP) and a low power device (e.g. 5w max Apple Watch). Not sure why, but for me it ALWAYS defaults to 45w+45w.
