    There are two ingredients commonly found in pre-workouts that have this effect: beta alanine and niacin. Beta alanine generally has a stronger effect for most people. If you're as unhealthily-dependent on stimulants as I am, this is a very welcome feeling. I will often declare, "It's HAPPENING!!!!!!!" in a pseudo-menacing manner when I feel it kicking in -- sometimes to my wife, sometimes to my pups, sometimes to an empty room. ๐Ÿคท โ™€๏ธ

    I still have these from the last dealโ€ฆ they taste nothing like starburst or skittles. Also, maybe it's just my body yours may be different but I felt really sick about two hours after drinking one.

    Got the Skittles flavor last time it was on sale, didn't see it mentioned anywhere about the beta-alanine and how it may make your skin tingle. This info is on the can but they didn't include any images of that part of the can on Amazon.

    I drank two before I gave the rest away, it made my skin super uncomfortable for an hour or two after drinking it. It's a shame, I didn't mind the flavor and it was a good deal.

    Drinking a cup of caffeinated drink will improve your workout. It doesn't have to be a c4 drink.
