90 degree track guide. This is a removable guide that attaches to the track in order to quickly cut 90 degree cuts. There are quite a few available ranging from Festool to no name brads on the usual sites, search '90 degree track saw guide'.
This makes it very easy to quickly make a squared cut. I bought one with the Makita plunge saw set when I got it a few months ago and it has become just as necessary as the guides at this point for squared cuts.
If you are breaking down 4x8 sheets, a 4x8 sheet of foam board insulation used as a sacrificial board. You can find these at most box stores. This makes it easy cut up a 4x8 sheet of wood on the floor or on a table since you can sink your blade through the material into the foam, keeping in mind correct blade depth: https://youtu.be/6fNOpI-YHYg. Example of what I'm talking about: https://youtu.be/_f1fdsjU89U.
Pro tip, you can cut the foam board sheet up so you don't have to store/wrestle with a floppy 4x8 foam board: https://youtu.be/nGkDC9DfsB0.
Lastly, if you have access to a 3D printer there are several 3D printed accessories you can print. Including vacuum hose deflector. I also printed a cover for the open part where you can access the bolt to remove the blade in order to cut down on dust. This is the Makita version, there will likely be one for the Milwaukee too if there isn't already: https://www.thingiverse
I definitely could see this being a great tool for a professional carpenter/contractor. Donny DIYer, on the other hand, who would need/use this type of tool maybe once every five years (at that). I'm not so sure it's worth that kind of coin. Most are probably better off just getting a Kreg track for circular saws.

Same. I paid $494.59 total with tax in MD. Will be here via FedEx tomorrow (Sunday)!
Still need the tracks...

I grabbed the same deal and it's making to Montana on Monday. I ordered the two 55" powertec tracks. Should fit just fine and that is a great price, especially considering it includes the connectors.
Was looking at the Powertec tracks. Great price. Think I might get a 55" Mikwaukee track and then the 2 - 55" Powertecs (for the same price!) for longer cuts so I don't have to take it apart.

I appreciate this as I have a highly illogical addiction to Milwaukee tools, I'm def a DIY person, and already own a Kreg track. Hard to pass on this deal though!! Lol. Regardless, thanks
